Seven Principles of Good Leader

What determines the quality of a leader? Obviously, the quality of the decisions made plus the management of accuracy. Both of these competencies are based on well-structured sound principles, technologies, and tools.

Let’s focus on the core principles of management. For the knowledge of the principles of the few releases from the knowledge of many facts. So, what policies should be guided by the pragmatic leader?

We want more but we’re too tired to ask for it. We’re sick of where we are but we are too scared to begin again. We need to take risks but we’re afraid to watch it all come crashing down around us. After all, we’re not sure how many times we will be able to start over.

We all think we’re alone in our exhaustion. But the truth is we’re tired of each other — tired of the games we play and the lies we tell and the uncertainties we present to each other. We don’t want to play the villain but we don’t want to play the fool either. So our guards go up. Our defences rile. And we take on the role that we loathe to see played because we’re not sure what choice we have left.

I know how impossible it can feel to go on trying and giving and becoming when you are exhausted straight through to the soul. I know that the cheerful ideals you were once promised now seem tired and hopeless. But here’s what I beg if you’re this close to giving up: give it one more try, with feeling. I know you’re tired of your attempts. I know that you’re at your wit’s end. But the truth about that second wind of passion is that you’re never going to realize you have it if you do not keep on running past your first.

We’re all more resilient than we think, and that’s an indisputable truth. There is always more love that we are capable of giving, more hope that we are capable of having, more passion that we’re capable of unleashing and flooding out into the world. We just don’t walk far enough down our own roads to reach the point where we’re seeing those actions pay off. We want immediate results and when we see none, we give up. We let the exhaustion stop us. We grow frustrated with the lack of feedback and we assume that means we have to throw the entire attempt right out the window.

Because here’s something we all loathe to admit — none of us are inspired every day. We all get exhausted. We all get discouraged. And we’re allowed to work on through those feelings. Just because you’re beaten down and worn out and sick of the life that you’re living doesn’t mean you’re not making a change. Every person you have ever admired has had times where they felt utterly defeated in the pursuit of their dreams. But that didn’t prevent them from reaching them. You’re allowed to stumble slowly towards your biggest transformations. It doesn’t always have to be a blazing, flagrant affair.

Some parts of life happen quietly. They happen slowly. They happen because of the small, careful choices that we make everyday, that turn us into better versions of ourselves. We have to allow ourselves the time to let those alterations happen. To watch them evolve. To not grow hopelessly frustrated in the in-between.

When you’re tired, go slowly. Go quietly. Go timidly. But do not stop. You are tired for all the right reasons. You are tired because you’re supposed to be. You’re tired because you’re making a change. You are exhausted for all the right reasons and it’s only an indication to go on. You are tired because you’re growing. And someday that growth will give way to the exact rejuvenation that you need.’

The Limits of Freedom. Psychological Dependence on the Opinions of People

All the people are part of society. Therefore, choosing one or another way of behavior, one should be prepared to the fact that society can praise his actions or, on the contrary, to express their disapproval. Different degrees of psychological dependence on the opinions of others open to everyone the limits of freedom. How far should you listen to other people’s judgment wanting to succeed in life?

“Child” Type of Behavior

There are people, for whom the approval or disapproval expressed by the outside observers, is a litmus test that determines the correctness or fallacy of their actions. Focusing solely on the opinions of others, they build their strategy. For the sake of illusory love and mythical respect, they are willing to compromise even the best interests and needs. These “children” are very easy to manipulate. They are willing to fulfill any requirement if you notice that a refusal would cause general discontent. The chance to stay “without candy” gives them a greater fear than the betrayal of own principles.

The main problem of people with a similar warehouse person – the large number of those who “puts the assessment.” Pleasing everyone is impossible. In any case, someone will be unhappy. This fact causes the “child” to panic often and creates considerable difficulty in making any important decisions. Formation of values based on signals received from the outside world leads to personal instability. Accordingly, people attached to the opinions of others are difficult to rely on, but it does not fit the image of a strong personality. Therefore, among those who have achieved in this life at least some height, this type of behavior does not meet virtually.

Internal measurements

A successful person comes only as he considers it necessary. Only the own mind is important for him. He achieves it that is at odds with his conscience. The main rule which such a person is guided going to do something is an inner sense of the right action. It helps him to avoid the feeling of shame for actions and thus maintain the indoor comfort. Others approval is perceived by that who has achieved success, only as a pleasant, but an optional bonus. A censure expressed by one of the observers does not play any role for him. After all, people do not know the motives of his actions, and therefore, they have no right to evaluate them. The person having in consciousness a resistant image of that ideal which he shall be during the life will never arrive poorly only to please somebody. Internal barriers reliably protect him from stains on the conscience, and at the same time on the reputation. They work for him as the key to preserving respect for himself, plays a much more important role than the praise of others.

Lack of psychological dependence on external evaluations can be considered as a guarantee that the person has a strong character. Such people tend to be reliable. Any relationship with them, personal or professional, you can build not being afraid of a dirty trick. Successful people will not stoop to meanness and treachery because such behavior is just unacceptable at the inner level. The primary and the only measure of correct behavior for a successful person is the internal approval of own conduct. Fear of losing respect for own personality and the potential of remorse can keep a human from certain actions. But the fear of being mocked, condemned, misunderstood by others are completely insignificant for him. All these options indicate the presence of strong convictions and strength of character.

How to Achieve Own Goals? You Can Do It!

Each person is individual – we have differed characters, beliefs, opportunities. Someone has abilities to speaking, someone – to a writing of poetry, and the others are singing. So everyone has skills in some particular sphere. However, actually, at high desire, it is possible to change not only character and beliefs but also to increase the opportunities. Achievement of goals will raise a self-assessment, will make the world more colorful, and you – more confidence.

How to make it?

Quite often people expect any improvements in life – it can dream to meet the second half, to become independent, prosperous or more cleverly. Anyway, we almost don’t spend any efforts for the achievement of the dream and it remains far dream.

What is Necessary for the Achievement of the Purposes?

The passionate and vigorous desire which becomes that power source forcing to move forward. This desire burns with a bright flame in the soul, inducing to try again and again even if it turns out not at once; the first pancake is always a lump. Strong personalities who have become in a history as great people, first of all, wished the achievement of their purposes with all heart — and over time they reached it.

A Little Sample

If someone didn’t know, Henry Ford, the owner of the plants producing cars, has gone bankrupt twice before his business has gone up. Nevertheless, he didn’t give up and continued the business, sincerely wishing and believing in his success. Henry Ford’s achievement is an example for many people, already desperate, but hotly wanting the execution of the dream.

What to Begin with?

So, it is important to start with the simplest – from the record of the desires (briefly and laconically) which smoothly pass into the purposes. However as far as there would desire not strong enough, for its embodiment in life, it is necessary to work hard. Write down what steps you are going to take for the achievement of goals, also following short style. Be adjusted so that nobody could overpersuade you or prevent you. Be resolute and don’t listen to silly councils or criticism – go towards the aim and even possible first failure won’t stop you.

Don’t think of barriers. Hang up a piece of paper with your notes on a foreground and try to read it as often as possible – especially in the morning and the evening. Let your brain remember words, and subconsciousness is adjusted on the achievement of the purpose. Let your desire inflame with the increasing force of a measure repetition of records. Over time, you will feel how these words give you inspiration and forces on the actions which are already considered and assured. You can build your life, and the achievement of goals will install determination and commitment to you, will force to believe in yourself and own opportunities. The future in your hands.
